Yogesh Mavjibhai Aghara
A visionary leader with over 35 years of experience in the agrochemical industry. Born and raised in Jetpar, Gujarat, Mr. Aghara is a B.Sc. Agriculture graduate from Gujarat Agriculture University (GAU), Junagadh (1989).
His 21-year tenure at various MNCs provided him with deep technical and market insights, eventually leading him to co-found Accurate Crop Care in 2010. Under his stewardship, the company has transformed from a regional player into a national powerhouse, setting new benchmarks in quality and reliability.
Vijay Keshubhai Javiya
Bringing a modern, marketing-driven perspective to Accurate Crop Care, Mr. Javiya was born in Ankadiya Nana, Amreli. He holds an MBA and a Master's in Marketing Management from the University of Pune.
Since co-founding the company in 2010 with Mr. Aghara, his strategic vision and expertise in market dynamics have been instrumental in scaling the company's dealer network and global brand presence. His commitment to society and sustainable development drives our "Way to the Green Earth" philosophy.
